Rewarding you while upgrading your property
As from the 1st April there will be a requirement of any properties rented out in the private sector to normally have a minimum energy performance rating of E on an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The regulations will come into force for New Lets and renewals of tenancies with effect from 1st April 2018 and for all existing tenancies from 1st April 2020.

To qualify your property will have Electric Storage Heaters, an Oil Boiler or an LPG heating system Your Tenants will be in receipt of certain benefits ( see chart ) for example Child Tax Credits or Working Tax Credits. (Don’t worry – we do all of this)
I think you will agree that a Tenant receiving new modern, efficient heating which will save them 30% per year on their heating bills, will make a happier tenant. You as Landlord/ Letting Agent, will have upgraded the property.
We do all the work on your behalf, all we need is the details of the tenant you would like us to contact and we do the rest! As the Landlord or Letting Agent all you would be required to do is email us a consent form, it’s as easy as that!
